Online Permission Forms

To complete online permission forms, please do the following:

• Go to the PowerSchool website at https://powerschool.blackgold.ca/public
• Login to your account with your username and password.
• Click on “Student Fees and Forms” along the left hand side of the screen.
• Click on your Student’s name beside “Summary”.
• Click on the Form Name/picture under the “Forms & Optional Fees” header.
• Complete the form and click Submit.
  • If there is NO payment attached to the trip/form you are done!
  • If there is a payment attached to the trip/form you will see the amount added to your cart in the top right hand corner.  As always, you have the option to pay online or pay at school.  In order to to pay the amount owing online, please click on the cart and fill in your payment details.  If you prefer to pay at school, please bring cash or cheque to the school office.  Once the payment has been entered at the office, the fees will be taken out of your cart.
  • IF you have other Black Gold fees in your cart and you do not wish to pay them at the same time as the permission form you have the option to remove those other fees by deselecting the checkbox beside it.

The office staff is more than willing to help you with any questions you have or if you need help with completing a form.
