You will receive an email on Friday, April 6 with further information regarding registration details for 2018-2019. There are TWO forms that will need completing.

1. As part of student registration for 2018-2019, you will need to fill out the online Student Enrolment Verification form through your PowerSchool account for each student. You may recognize this form as you were asked to complete one this past September, which was for the 2017-2018 year. In the past, these forms were completed in the spring and will now continue to be done this way, so you will NOT have to complete another one in the fall. The form NEEDS to be completed for each student currently enrolled this (2017-2018) school year (Kindergarten to Grade 12), NOT for new students registered for 2018-2019. This form will be available in your PowerSchool account on the left hand side menu bar on April 6.

2. You will also be required to fill out a CCS Returning Student Registration form for 2018-2019. This form will be a google form and you can access it by clicking on the link in the email that will be sent on Friday. You will need to be completed one per family. The link for this form will be included in the email that will be sent on Friday.

Both forms are required to be complete in order for your child(ren) to be registered for the 2018-2019 school year.

As this information also helps with planning for classroom space and staffing next year, we are asking parents to have these forms completed by Friday, May 4.
