ATHLETICS:

Elementary Basketball:  Both the girls and boys teams played in the Tiger Tap 15 Tournament.  It was a great opportunity for the teams to play several games and learn to work together as a team. Watch the School Events Calendar for upcoming games and the final tournament.

The elementary girls played in their first league game today and narrowly lost 16-12 against Corinthia Park.

Junior High Basketball: Tryouts are being held this week for our junior high basketball teams.

• The boys had their first tryout yesterday and will have their second one on Thursday after school.
• The girls will have their first tryout today after school.

FIELD TRIPS:

• Swimming lessons continued this week for grades 2 and 3.
• The grade 4 class went on a field trip to the Royal Alberta Museum last Friday.
